  2-2-3-2-2 with Crow as summon(High to Low float).
  Since most people use the top two rows to stack their teams, especially the pestering Fire mains, you get a round damage free with Hinata's mystery(unless your opponent runs a certain hit ninja like Kankuro or Naruto that can't miss if their clones/puppets are summoned). Also this formation relies heavily on Tobi having very high initiative and outspeeding most opponents so unless you're confident there won't be many people that have higher initiative than you I wouldn't go for it. Added bonus, Suigetsu's great for 9tails for water mains so you have one ninja less you need to keep up to speed by using him in both.
