LOL the event is rigged, I tried just to see what the rate is for naruto frags, and after 1.3k worth of ingots/coupons, got a grand total of 2 sage naruto frags... Better off waiting till the lvl 70 pulls, this is ridiculous...Refreshing rewards requires a sage key at 10 cpn/ingots yea... no ty

you just found that now? all the system is rigged...been like that since day 1 of s1 Naruto, it's a money grab.
