hi, does anyone know if barriers, *s as Yamato's, affect all 3 teams in a ranked battle? or just the team Yamato is in?

also, passives such as scarlet's Gingutsu that gives a dmg to ignited targets, do they apply only to the team scarlet is in? or does it apply to all 3 teams?
