Barriers only work on the same team, but passives are different, most only work on same team but not all just need to test at Kakashi clone with friend.

From the top of my head, Guys healing, Lightning mains Anbu healing, Pains rinnegan stat boosts passives and chakra on death passives work on all 3 teams and there is probably few more.
