I keep seeing the excuse people keep making for the company, "To make money from the new server event, its a business get used to it" paraphrasing of course. To me this is a terrible excuse. Yes a game studio should make sure it makes money, but not at the cost of hurting their player's experience. Look at games like counter strike, league, dota, etc that all make money while keeping up player satisfaction. Right now Oasis has a formula that they use to make money, and it is focused only on making money. If they actually had a passion for their game, they would try their best to avoid situations like this.
