The Sound Four, because there isnt a Cursed Upgrade for them, like there is for Kimimaro.

I just feel kakashi is lacking but meh thats just me.

If you mean disappointment in term of skill/stats compare to their manga/anime counterpart then they're :
Itachi, Kisame, Sakura, Shino, Kiba, Lee and Deidara
If you mean disappointment just in term of this game then I think there are only Sound Four.

My Sound Four Squad smh they disrespected them how you only give Kimimaro his Transformation like wtf.

I wonder have they ever considered giving sound 4 the 3rd star transformation cursed mark form? Why is it kimimaro gets it, but not the rest? Seems a little * to me.

Ninja that I'm upset with in regards to their actual ability, and usability in the game, and or dislike their function(can still be highly useful if not game breaking)

- Hashirama, although we get an Edo/Sage version of him eventually which as I understand is incredibly OP. I'm a little bummed at how the God of Shinobi has been relegated to being the best support Ninja(currently available) rather than a little something more.

- Hidan, despite being really great ringer in very isolated situations, I've never found a great permanent use for him. Not even ranked.

Ninja that I have some other type of issue with, be it design or mystery choice.

- Itachi, while he can be incredibly useful with his current set-up. His mystery makes his game character seem like 2% of what the manga character was in ability. Granted there will be a ridiculous Susanoo version later that costs a fortune, so it's understandable that this one wouldn't be nearly as OP.

- I guess pretty much any character that has another iteration down the line, reasons.
