Now that gets under my skin cause I've never once done that.

3 days isn't really the issue but rather any repeated offense in the future will result in a real BAN for something he did not build up for.

we don't have to prove anything. If we find out that reports are legit and you are indeed trying to act as a member of Naruto Online operation team, we are banning those players without warning. You should be happy that it is only 72 and not permanent ban.

But if you insist that you got banned without reason, I can check it and I will also check those "reports". I need to know your character name, server ID and UID.

Open the photo with notepad (txt file). use "Ctrl+F" to check keyword:"Adobe"
If it was edited in Photoshop, then you could find "Adobe" in the txt file. If no, then it hasn't been edited.

Hah, my picture doesn't have adobe in it either.

Whatever I'll put down my case, looks like this screenshoot "proof" is a fun thing to use.
Worst game management after No Man's Sky, so that's fine I guess.
All I ask for is a chat log and you guys are too lazy to look for that.

We're asking the chat history to the player. But he's offline now.
The principle is that we can't ban any player without reason. So that's the way for now to confirm that it's a true picture.
But we're still asking for the chat history.
Once we get that, will provide it to you asap.

Btw, it's a reliable way to check photos.
