Are EU servers down?

We have currently a little server problem, people might have to refre* a few times to make it work.

There is a Thread in the Customer Service section, we're aware of it and working on it~

So now what happen with the people who have 50-100 dolars investmen in US server and want to change to europe cause is impossible to make events at 5 am? Is lost money?

I dont mean to offend but would you mind declaring the server opening a few hours earlier?like 6-8 hours b4 in order to help us max our pay pals and get ready for the game?I know admins are busy but this doesnt help us at all .. :/

That is a problem because i think so many people from europe they would not have paid if they had known there will be a europe server. A transfer account server is basic in a mmo and more if you can pay.

Well to be fair, if you would have checked the Forum for Informations before doing that, you would have seen countless of times that it was confirmed and announcend that there will be EU servers.

Because People don't care about the Forum where you should get your Informations from, it doesn't mean it's our fault that you Topped-Up money on the NA server, it's your own fault i'm sorry.

It's not basic in a mmo to transfer accounts for the simple reason to keep it balanced! In Client based MMOs that might happen from time to time because it doesn't have that much of an impact on the Game and its server, but Browsergames don't do that.

Sorry my english is bad and maybe i dont understand you.

I payed in the first server you opened after saw you only open and open US servers. In any moment before the date i payed, you said in forum you will open a EU server and the date. So i dont know why is my fault? Im not fortune teller.

And about the balance, i just talk about the money, not about exp, level..etc.. I can enter in the new server and pay all the money as i want..so transfer only the money isnt a problem. You can even delete my account in US server if i can have the money in a empty account level 1 cause i cant play a event on 5.am.

In the moment i payed, in the web and in the forum was 0 notices about this, you can check the dates of payment and when i enter to the server and i payed.

So is a really bad service if i must stay in US server and dont do event or go to EU server play in my time zone but lose 50, 100 or more dollars when there was 0 notices in the moment of my payment.

Okay so let's break it down that way i don't have to delete this discussion at some Point.

You decided to do that, you wanted to Top-Up the second S1 opened without checking the Forum first and make sure that we don't get an EU server.
So about the Information for the EU server
EU server confirmation! check site 3, post number #26 i Quoted our Admin who confirmed that there will be EU servers in the Future. This Thread is from 9 days before the Game went online, so doing some homework you would have seen that it was confirmed and you could have planned your Money better. Sorry but it is your own fault for not bothering checking before doing~

No you weren't just talking about Money transfer here i qoute "A transfer account server is basic in a mmo and more if you can pay.". And that's what i was referring to because that's what you were talking about. Account transfer means all of your Account datas will be transfered to another Server, that means your Chara, Lvl, Exp, Ingame Items and and and

First mentioning of the EU server was about 9 days before the Game went live, you can't have Topped-Up before that so yeah~

I can totally understand your situation, but this is really your fault. The forum contains a huge amount of information in every category. It was confirmed even before the first 2 US servers (July 20th) that we will have EU servers. I checked up before writing this reply, I saw Daiske's post on the 13th(!) of July (maybe there was even an earlier post about this). You can check his reply HERE.

You did what we call a compulsive buying.

You could have done just like me, i tried the game on S2 and looked at the forum for EU server because i knew the time difference from the US and here is huge so i couldn't do every events every days. I just topped-up $5, even if i'm sort of a competitive player and wanted to throw more i said no to myself, to see how is Gaara and enjoy my time leveling like a free 2 play would and waited for an opportunity for EU servers. That way i collected more informations about the game a bit for the early levels, the strategy and possibilities for a future server where i would be a more serious player.

Now that EU is open, i rushed in first hour and invested more directly because i knew everything was fine for me to do so and that i like the game.

I feel sorry for you, i know how it feels to think that you wasted money, but you and only you decided to invest money into a US based server and you knew what you did no one forced you to invest.
On the bright side.. at least you are one of the people that allow free players to enjoy the game so cheers to you i know they appreciate it :)

Well, i dont understand why i must to read all the topics in a forum when i play a game and decide to pay. I think you have a great website for put EU SERVER COMING SOON!! and you have a mini client too..

You have big *oms with offers for pay but if i want to know about eu server i must enter in forum and search for that?

I dont understand how you can have a user who pay like 80 dollars in first week of the game, he explain to you the situation, and your answer is: "oh, look the forum next time, your fault."

If you value a customer who had paid 80 dollars for your game, i think you can try to put another solution than say ; "your fault".

But ok, your game, your rules.

Yeah you are right. But well.. if i create a game and *er exaplain me this to me after say to me he payed that amount..i try to help him and apreciatte his money and his love for the game. And i think isnt apreciate and im a number here.

Is this your first time playing a browser game ?
If that's the case then I can understand your situation a little but what you're saying is absorbed.
The moderating team informed the players that there will be A EU server about 8-9 days before the Us server opening.
Now you say how are you supposed to know about that ?
well that's what forum is for.. What do you want the moderation team to come to your house and tell you to read the forum ?? That's not gonna happen. The forum is used to inform all the players with the updates and new info and it's up to yiu you to read it or not no one will force you to read it.
same thing to the top up, did anyone force you to top up ?
Did any moderator say that we will not have an Eu server ?
I don't think so.
According to your logic we should also give compensation to players who top up before events with rebates, we should give seals to the players that used their seals before the new seal event was released...
That's NOT gonna happen because no one FORCED you to top up.
Asking for a server transfer is as pointless as kicking a ball in a sea. You kicked the ball why are we responsible for what you did ? You won't get another ball...
If this didn't clear things up I don't know what would do... because according to your logic everyone should be transferred and get their money back....
To explain more I will try to use anothrr example..
Lets say you're a cop abd you arrested a guy for stealing a cake.
The next day a new rule was released which is " Any one is allowed to steal cakes and they shouldn't be arrested"
Now, did you do anything wrong when you arrested the guy ? Nope because the announcement was a day later..
Now how ithis related to you , you ask ?
WELL you're the cop that arrested the guy. But in your case the new rule wasn't announced a day later. It was announced 9 days before but you just didn't bother to check.
Are we clear now ?
