other games have it and it has been a huge help when trying to talk about ideas and strategies for the guild i believe it would be a great addition to this game

call it foundation chat or hokage chat or sumthing that only anbu+senior+leader ranks can talk in so that they can discuss strategy for the war, who should get packs after the war, promotions for other players, if sumone is causing problems they can discuss a punishment or if they should be removed from group without it being public knowlage. stuff like that. Its a good idea and has worked out well in a lot of other successful MMOs
