Dumb question.... but what would be the best server to join for an AZT person who doesn't observe Daylights Savings, and how often do servers open up?

Was moreso asking if there was an LA server that doesn't observe DST.

LA Server time is spot on right now... at least until Daylights Saving time is over. Which means i would end up being an hour ahead, and everything I want to do I can't do anymore because they will be 1 hour earlier and in time frames no longer available for my situations. Is there any servers that observe LA+1 so that I can play when DST is turned off?
