So, this is my current line up. I'm about to have 3 star Sasuke and can (hopefully) get him tomorrow. Should I switch Kakashi out for him? I'm not sure since I don't know how well he'll work.

I dont think so. 3 star sasuke has ability to boost lightning ninjutsu dmg of your team, but you will have only 2 lightning ninja.
Kakashi is pretty good with chase combo due to 2 chase ability.
But haven't seen any 3star sasuke yet, you have to try it yourself

Sasuke 3 star is way more better than Kakashi. He can Chase low float and high float , Causing Repulse and Paralysis, and easily gets the 10 hit combo. With his Mystery jutsu , he can easily defeat his opponents.
