I dont think so. 3 star sasuke has ability to boost lightning ninjutsu dmg of your team, but you will have only 2 lightning ninja.
Kakashi is pretty good with chase combo due to 2 chase ability.
But haven't seen any 3star sasuke yet, you have to try it yourself
