Passive: Substitution Jutsu
Increase evasion and has a chance of avoiding attack from the enemy.

My thoughts:
Ino is the core for a great Fire Main control team. You can find an excellent guide to it here. I wouldn't bother using her otherwise unless you want to combo her into something like an Itachi. Solid healer choice for lower levels on 2 stars.
