  i am really sorry, right now i do not have any good idea how to fit sai in tobi-shika-blze formation unless this formation:
  shikamaru - fire main/tobi - x
  sai - tobi/fire main - x
  x - x - x
  
  talents : 3-3-3-2-1/3
  
  summon : gamachu/gamaken.
  note : if you have gamaken, you can reposition the ninja according to your own preference. just remember to put shika in 4th move. if you dont have gamaken, put sai as the 4th move ninja, this way shika can end the combo with his chase and immobile target.
  
  if you have earth main or wind main or lightning main, things will be easier because they have chase repulse and cause knockdown.
  the formation would be like this:
  sai - tobi - x
  shikamaru - wind/lightning/earth main - x
  x - x - x
  
  summon : kyushoku deer/kirin
  note : the 2nd and 3rd passive is up to you, just make sure you take chase repulse cause knockdown as 1st passive (chase). this way if you start combo with tobi or someone who can cause knockdown, you can get the full combo and not waste anything.
