oh um well heres 2 things, try using ino or shikimaru on the turn that the second hokage uses their attack or if you are using midnight blade (i think you are using him) you c*e his jutsu that u first get, it only hits one enemy but it gives a debuff that stops them from using jutsus for a while. Thats all i got for you because its all i know, you are welcome
