First of all consider long term, do you plan to * to MB and those ninjas before you mood them. But if you decide you are sure then.

MB - +Atk -Nin
Sasuke - +Nin -Atk
Hinata - -Nin and either +Atk or +Hp
Karin - -Atk and either +Nin or +Hp

Personally i would do Atk on Hinata and Hp on Karin, but they are both good options just depends what you want from them more.
