Minato can't be Sannin...
Sannin was a title given to Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru.
San = 3
Nin = Ninja
^ They became the Sannin of the Hidden Leaf due to how strong of a combination they had. I believe Hanzo gave them the title.

So it would only be Hokage unless he isn't wearing the cloak? then maybe some for of Jonin Minato(if there even is another version)

Yes their is multiple versions, the one that other servers have is the one where he is in the 3rd ninja war.

I can tell you people only the top 3 who recharges gets Minato in CN each server, that's why there's not much information about the Hokage Minato teams. However he's really good considering that he does not have to trigger his chase to raise his combo rate compared to unlike Hokage Minato. Wheareas the 4th tags and increases his combo rate everytime he moves, which makes him a worth while ninja to play around with in ranked and GNW.

I use him with Wind main Killer bee for 4 standard attack + naruto sage mode works fine hudge dmg lack of combo max 5 but its fine
