Admin Please help,

I am unable to login using my facebook account to the game (http://prntscr.com/cqsz85), I have submitted my passport copy but I know this is useless because my facebook name and my passport is different as I created this facebook game for the sole purpose of playing Naruto online.
I have sent personal message to Naruto-en, Daisuke and AzunaChan. Please please look into it. I really need help to login within the day to not miss the the Daily Benefit Kankuro GNW and the lead in the server. I have missed Sage and 9tails last night.

I can send any other information through PM if you need it for confirmation.

Why can't you login at the first place anyways? Have you done something bad? Can you login on your facebook account with no problems at all?

I cant login to my facebook account in the first place. No I did not do anything bad, I only have that account separated from my real facebook account due to personal reason (i have told this through facebook message)

You can login to facebook (not the game) normally? that can be a problem with facebook.

Then it might be your facebook that has a problem.

Yes it is my facebook problem. can I have my login changed to use my gmail account instead of FB? they are taking forever to response and most likely to reject my request as I was reading their messages.

The problem is "You used that facebook account to play games" or "Fake name" that is a violation of the rules of facebook

That wont be the responsibility of the game anymore. Try to contact facebook and give evidences and supporting do*ents to take back your account. :)

Hello,

as I explained in our private conversation. If Facebook banned your account, you have to contact them and not us. There is no specific connection between us (Oasis Games) and Facebook. Oasis Games is just provider of this game and they allowed players to play this game on Facebook.
