Mystery: Torrent - Water Transformation Jutsu
Cause Ninjutsu and Taijutsu damage to the selected enemy and High Float and Tag.
CD: 3 rounds
Battlefield CD: 1 round
Chakra use: 20
Additional status: High Float, Tag

Standard: Taijutsu Attack
Attacks the front enemy with a Taijutsu attack and Ninjutsu damage, and has a chance of a Triple Combo and Low Float.
Chase: Water Style - Water Dragon Jutsu
Chase and Attack the Low Floated enemy and cause Repulse.
Passive: Water Transformation Jutsu
Increase standard attack evasion rate.
Passive: Ninja Sword
2 standard attacks will be launched each round.


My thoughts:
Don't know much about Suigetsu in PvP but i know that he's the best thing since sliced bread for Tailed Beast (Water mains). Elemental mystery and 2 standard elemental attacks every turn makes for a lot of damage.
