Why so many clones? Fodder for bloodthirst teams (lightning) or orochi teams (instant max chakra) for no benefit. Why not put Kankuro behind Guy?

Also need to be at least lvl 55 in order to use Dance of Impetus...

Not sure the reasoning behind a lot of the decisions...
