Does anybody know if you can get this from Summoning Treasure?

Because i heard some mixed stories about it. Some people say its possible and other say you can only get him through buying his fragments.

Guy on server 11 has him and he said you can't draw him, just occasional small amounts of fragments. Cost him $1800 total i think he said.

Yey you cant draw King of Hell full only frags if you are lucky. You get him with the points in redmption shop. You basiclly have to keep drawing duplicates of summons to get points and buy him than.

I just drew him in full today. I'm not sure how many draw 10s I have done since my server started in October but you can get him in full.

It's possible, just very rare, there's no real "karma counter" either, since the person that Jeremy mentioned did get it as their 6th gold, 7 including their dupe.

bull* those saying u cant pull him. Did 2k pulls got all + him only not kirin but had enough points for kirin + lots of spare points. As for "point vice" theres no chance im getting 80frags of king of hell and idk a couple (if none at all) of Kirin. So yea.
