Yes it is from Your Lie in April ...when i renamed my name i accessed the emoji keyboard and put the ribbons in :D

So this requires that your team is max cultivated and awakened to at least 2 levels below your max awakening. And even then it works only rarely.

lol, i tried this at lvl 56 and i got killed by hidan and kakazu so fastthey keep reviving and killing me
