As a water main the only other healer you really might need is Kabuto, and that is mostly for SA or a good curse seal team.
Tsunade can be good in ranked
I haven't used Sakura essentially at all since I got my healing skills.
And Karin can be good in *l poison team, but has the same chase as Kabuto and Kabuto is a much better healer.
