dont know who you have on your team, but you can try to defeat him by firing all your mysteries on him,
use a control team to prevent him from casting his mystery, or use lightning to kill him off in the first round

left if your attack is high and can defeat your fire opponent fast
right if you want to have a healer to removed the ignition condition

talents - either one will work for 8 combo for both teams

use 1 if you want to have more of a control that prevents your opponent from using their talents

The thing is, fire and water are controlling/condition causing classes, which allow them to make up for their weakness of causing lower damage in general. That is how classes are balanced out.

You really can't always be free of conditions, even if you use root of warrior as your passive, that makes you immune to all conditions, it only lasts for 3 rounds.
For lightning you really just need high initiative that allow you to defeat your opponent before the conditions cause death.
and also, if you use the team with kabuto, he heals and removes conditions for your team

the order of casting mysteries does not only depend on your initiative, other than what zeoon has said,
