Well i started using that jonin medal yesterday,so I didn't have time,stamina and points to train him(btw how or where I can upgrade him to 3stars?), but I test him on arena using Pain Ningendo ,Kimimaro/Baki/Hidan and Water main as a healer. I must say this is most powerful 2* character I ever used ,even nerfed he was nice shield and combo starter(altough i have luck to not meet whole pains team or Ao,Sage Naruto and Jiraya and all other "No-Life" players line ups XD) ,for me good addition to Survival squads and Ranked Battle "Kaze" teams .

I was F2P till yesterday so I didn't even start to collect fragments in exchange of that Ramen or something , So I need to wait until next event or count on luck in Black Market for some fragments?
Or there is other possible way?
