When giving missions to others for the Missions Mobilization event, there are certain types of missions you generally don't want to give. For example, giving missions to recharge or spend ingots to F2P players. Someone who is giving missions to many people ends up going through a painfully long process of selecting missions to assign, clearing the rest one by one, then getting more from the mission dealer. It would be very time-saving if there was a single *on to clear all missions, incurring all the coin costs.
