I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but my Hashirama Final Battle is fully breakthrough-upgraded. However, when Off Burst Mode, he doesn’t regenerate HP like the other Hashirama characters I’ve fought against. I’ve tried switching Y and +2, and even copying my opponent’s skill set, but nothing works.
