The team is aware of the issue with the miniclient. For recharge, if things ever aren't loading, try to recharge on browser (official site -> login -> recharge). If the website isn't working, try clearing your browser history or an incognito window. Past that, if even browser isn't working (referring to desktop, not a mobile browser) see which browser you're on and if a different one helps (for example, Firefox sometimes works when Chrome doesn't).
