i've binded it but it doesn't work it just restarts the whole game as a new player for me unless i did something wrong ? it said user doesn't exist when i try logging in on the website

Never donate to this game and don't play because they don't consider you a human being and they don't care about you. Tech support will never help you in any way. They only need a little information, nothing more. You are just a wallet for them, nothing more, and that's all. They will treat you like a nobody who isn't worth their time.
