this isn't a official fix but for my part;

-type cmd @ start

-when ms-dos opens;

-enter the command: ipconfig /flushdns

-try and restart the game.

this one worked for me.

edit: this was probably irrelevant/temporary solution. I now keep getting black screen as well. Miniclient goes into a blank black screen right after %100 load up.
