You didn't list your ninjas, well these are best f2p ones with easy ninjas.
Water - Haku/Guy/Suigetsu or Tenten
Fire - Anko/Guy/Ukon Sakon
Both - Sasuke/Guy/Kakashi
Haku is bugged unless he is 3 stars, at 2 stars his field does not boost damage. If you are missing the above ninjas just use lightning team, they do decent for all mains. -

1 Talents with Tonton summon.
Turn 1 - Haku mystery
Turn 2 - Main mystery
Turn 3 - Guy mystery and Haku mystery after your Main attacked
Turn 4 - Haku mystery at start, then Main and Suigetsuu mysteries after his field is up
Turn 5 - rip
This did about 250 - 270k per fight for me with only 30k coins buff when i was 20k power. -
