Hello, I wasnt sure where to post or contact about this, but the account that im currently logged into has 2 characters removed from S740 and S516

The account was previously connected to a FB account, but the account got banned (FB account, due it getting *ed) but I still have the log in (this one) although it seems the account has been reset completely. Even the forum says I have just registered, but thats not the case.
