Save for Pain 4 star, but honestly 3 star is fine too, since four star Mecha is pretty coupon obtainable from packs that don't have Pain as even a consideration (see: Fuku packs). Others in that pack are in a similar boat but less viable than Mecha.

- Pain Chiku Male needs four star and is a Pain support.

- Naruto Ronin is outdated

- Shisui needs four star to be viable but most players are doing better with either Obito RM bt or Mecha Naruto 4 star at a cheaper cost with more viability in PVE / PVP

It's a relevant pack but wouldn't aim for it. It's a random jackpot on a wheel.
