For 2 days my account is disconnected every 10 minutes. I reinstalled the client, checked the internet but nothing wrong. Can you have a look mmby you can help me? THX!

I would try an older version of the client if you're having connection issues. 2.3 and 2.4 tend to be more stable if black screening. However, they do not handle animations as well.
