As teemonly already mention S1932 is an UK server so is there a probability you are mixing up server numbers?

If you go to to the recharge center you can check in the dropdown menu in what servers you have an acc. Like this you may be able to locate the right server for your acc.

Do you perhaps know how to change servers?
