Because of you and other servers, you have ruined the Brazilian game. You are jealous. You complain that our events are better, but you don't stop to see that the prices in Brazil are much higher than yours. To awaken a character, we have to give it 4 stars first. The awakening rate and the reward rate in all events are almost 0%. We only receive events 1 year after all servers have already received them. Before criticizing and helping the company ruin what is already bad, see what we have been through.

If by awakening you mean skill breakthrough, UK servers need 4* for that as well (with exception of Hashirama (First Hokage) and Tobirama (Second Hokage) as they are relicts from times 3* were enough). As far as I am aware, only China servers can BT 3* ninja.
