Go for four star Obito Uchiha [Rage Mode] so you can skillbreak him (passive being the only required skillbreak to make him viable). You can get 100 from the Fuku packs and 80 from Colored Banner. The rest can go to Great Plates if you lack skillbreak material or Lucky Stars if you lack training potions.
