Try this:

1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS cache (open ‘command prompt’ on the PC and type ``ipconfig /flushdns`` and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too) If that does not work

C*so try this:

- Clean reinstall of the client (back up your logins before doing so). Loading issues on 3.3 or 3.4 are sometimes fixed by running 2.3 or 2.4 miniclient.
