Sorry for the late reply, unfortunately, it points towards an unstable connection. I am not saying you have bad internet but just a general bad connection to the game this can have any cause to be honest.Here are some steps to follow to see if it can fix your connection.:

1) Clear the client Cache by clicking on the cog symbol on the top right of your client and then choose 'clean up system'

2) Flushing DNS Cache, Go to your Command Prompt screen and type 'ipconfig/flushdns' and hit enter.

3) Reboot the PC/Laptop and to be extra sure also reboot your Modem/Router.

If none of the above seem to help then there is step 4 to use a VPN Program to test for a better connection.

If it still happens after step 4, I would like to recommend to contact your ISP (internet provider) for further assistance for the unstable Internet Connection.
