1. Clear the game cache (cog icon in the top right > clear up system)

2. Flush the DNS cache (open ‘command prompt’ on the PC and type ``ipconfig /flushdns`` and hit enter)

3. Reboot the PC (to be extra sure, reboot the modem / router too)

If that does not work, you may try these other two options:

- VPN (you'll have to try all servers available to you, recommend a server furthest from your physical location)

- Clean reinstall of the client (back up your logins before doing so, recommend version 2.3 or 2.4 if you're on a 3.3 or 3.4 client and having loading issues)
