There's no guarantee any rewards repeat in the same place. If you're not doing the full 35k fuku, I would not go for Han.

  • From my account I know it's worth spending. I need a ninja like this who is well above average, with a lot of damage and who serves both as support and as a first move. And as F2P I can't miss this chance

He's mid - only supports specific ninjas and you have to hit his HP threshold for him to do damage yet keep him alive to consistently continue dealing it.
