Hello,

if your client fails to load please follow the next steps:

1) Clear the game cache (COG icon in the top right > Clear up system)

2) Flush DNS Cache (Open 'Command prompt' on the PC and type in 'ipconfig/flushdns' and hit enter)

3) Reboot the PC and to be extra sure reboot the modem/router as well.

A VPN might as well come in handy if the connection keeps erroring.

If you have an older client version id like to advise you to update to another version as well.
