I'm currently using Ningendo Path-Sage Naruto-Tendo Pain poison team, w/ Rhino Summon.
Round One, whoever is in front of Naruto is going to be acupunctured, immobilized, and poisoned.
Round Two, Naruto will target one target for mystery-acupuncture, immobile, and poisoned. Ningendo will target other key character on the enemy team for chakra steal and control.
Round Three, Tendo will focus on either the target Ningendo controlled earlier or the only target not acupunctured yet, and spreading the poison again, as well as acupuncture and immobile to target.
Round Four+, repeat process of Round Two and Three until all is dead in your wake.
Any of Rounds Two+, Main has heal ready for anytime you might need it.
Fire Mains: Usually go with Sage Naruto targeting him, he'll reflect the poison, but be susceptible to acupuncture, and immobile.*Always use Sage's mystery first before Ningendo's, that way the reflect is removed before applying control on the other target.
Lightning Mains: Sage Naruto simply targets the main. Ningendo will target the other damage dealer or barrier user. Tendo is there for harassment with his mystery.
Earth Mains: Naruto targets the healer (if one) while Ningendo targets other key ninja. Let the continuous poison kill the team.
Water Mains: Naruto targets main, Ningendo targets other key ninja. Keep the press on the main until she dies, allowing the poison to fester for too long.
Wind Mains: Naruto targets Main (My Sage Naruto has the highest initiative on my server, it's why I have him targeting the mains). Ningendo targets other key ninjas. Tendo just be Tendo.
Just a constant control of the field. My Sage Naruto moves before everyone else, initiating the combo easily. Ningendo is there to control the rest. Tendo does high AOE damage back to back with Naruto, each of them spreading the poison. Main is there for damage control and debuff removal.
