If the FTT is obtained after the trigger (Passive 2) then nothing will happen with Tobi NY. FTT has to be obtained before said trigger (Passive 2) is executed to ESA.

The passive to give extra standards for each opponent under FTT can be triggered in 2 ways:
- When a round begins
- They do 1 of 3 randomly selected standards.

As for your Concern about Naruto [Sage of Six Paths]. This is intended, The damage is calculated before each ninja's passive kicks in so SoSP will still heal before the immune to Nin passive is activated, so SoSP still gets his leech.
