That depends on what server you're on? Max waiting time for me is like 15 to 30 seconds to find someone.

In CN server they updated the wait times for Arena, so you can find people a lot quicker... only to get destroyed by Minato teams... but, at least it's better than what it used to be. It use to take me 5 minutes just to find someone on CN server.

Also, the screen shot provided rather clearly shows Nine-Tails Naruto as a prize for the event.

they have 50 kyubi naruto fragments in the event so people can get him from a 2 star to the strong 3 star version but if ramen is 13 ingots in the shop you would need 1400 points and that equals to 18,200 ingots for the 50 fragments.

taiwanesse are crazy free player friendly. if only there was launcher which would have it all translated.
