The game originally is a client-based game that currently only works on Windows-based PC's/Laptops.
The way to play the game on nonwindows pc's/laptops is possible, there is a way mentioned here called 360 browser. Other than that you can try Maxthon5

For phones and Tablets it is the same as for non-windows pc/laptops. mostly used on phones and tablets is Puffin

But Maxthon5, 360 and Puffin are 3rd party programs that we have nothing to do with so we cannot help if there is an issue with these programs themselves.
