Those events are only available if your server is added to a Cluster or when a new Cluster gets created for your server and the servers following yours.

But there is no known Time frame set for this. when it happens it will get announced in our Discord in the announcement Channel and on the Forum normally as well.

Server Merges, Cluster Merges, and Cluster creation are 3 different things and aren't related to one another.
