I couldn't enter the game today, even tho i had no problem yestarday. when I login through my facebook account in the miniclient, a new site appears, it says Loading... but nothing happens for hours, the whole site is white... I have no firewall, never used VPN but it worked always without it, I already uninstalled and downloaded it a few times but didnt work. I cleared the cache, reloaded the site but nothing helped. I have perfect network connection. What else can I do?

Hi!

If all of you are still experiencing login issues, please contact our Customer Support by either submitting a ticket in-game via the "?" icon on the top right, contacting our Customer Service through this link, or you can contact our Live Support directly via Discord (you can find the link to Discord here).

Firstly i'd like to advise to try the following tips FIRST:

1) Clear the Client Cache You can clear the cache of the mini-client by clicking the cog icon in the top right of the game screen and then choosing 'clean up system'

2) Flush your DNS Cache To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter. When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter.

3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too)

If after all these steps did not help make sure to capture a screenshot of the problem, ensuring it includes the server ID and timestamp. This will enable our team to assist you more effectively when you contact our customer support
