Oasis does not develop this game, they are only responsible for running it on some non Chinese markets. Which is one reason we got such "great" updates like updated Nature Training and Infinite Illusions. Oasis lacked broken, whale baiting content from China so they went with "lets try and force f2p to recharge by hindering their progress".
