So, when I start on new server, how many coupons I should collect and for who/what.

Basically Madara ETR's fragments and his skill upgrading was good, because he worked very well, I don't know if I should do same exact thing on new server when I am starting from 0.
Just tell me how many coupons I should collect and for which ninja or power up item.
